1) Nano Finish Tiles - What are Nano Tiles?


Nano Tiles are an upgrade to the general ceramic tiles that companies have been manufacturing. To compete in the international market and to create more sophisticated products, nano tiles were manufactured.


The term ‘Nano’ in Nano tiles comes from Chemical- Nanotechnology, which makes the tiles contain special nano particles. These particles form a layer on the tiles, thereby giving them water and dust repellent properties.

2) Double charge & Vitrified Tiles


Vitrified floor tiles with nanotechnology Nano polished vitrified tiles: A layer of liquid silica is applied on the vitrified tiles to fill the micro (nano) pores on the tiles surface, thus giving them a smoother feel and look. This type of tiles is called nano polished vitrified tiles. Nowadays most of the factories offer nano polishing for soluble salt tiles to add extra shine to the tiles. Double Charge (DC): Double Charged Vitrified Tiles is a type of vitrified tiles where the press feeds two different colours on the tiles bisque and makes a thick layer of design on top of it and under high temperature. This makes the design layer 3 to 4 mm thicker and an ideal choice for heavy traffic.

3) Porcelain Tiles / GVT / PGVT


Porcelain tile are generally use for the tile flooring. Porcelain is a finer example of clay ceramic tile. Made of a higher ratio of silica and quartz, and baked or fired at a higher temperature, porcelain tiles are more durable (and oftentimes more expensive) than their red clay ceramic counterparts. A wide variety of colors and patterns make porcelain tile a chameleon of sorts. Glazed, etched, and texturized, porcelain tiles can resemble hardwood planks, expensive marble, or industrial bricks. Keep in mind that a do-it-yourself project involving the installation of porcelain tile can pose a few headaches as the tile is a stronger and more dense material than ceramic, and requires a specialty tool: a diamond blade wet saw.
